Shipping & Returns
Made to order
Every KrashBear shirt is printed on demand by our fulfillment partner when you order it — nothing sits in a warehouse. That keeps the lineup fresh and cuts down on waste, and it means there's a short production step before your order ships.
Production & shipping times
Most orders are produced within 2–7 business days, then shipped. Delivery time after that depends on your location:
- United States: typically 3–5 business days after production.
- Canada: typically 5–10 business days after production.
- International: typically 10–20 business days after production.
You'll get a confirmation email when you order and a second email with tracking once it ships. These are estimates, not guarantees — carriers and customs can add time.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, and France. Your exact shipping cost is calculated live at checkout based on your address — no surprises. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country, which are the recipient's responsibility.
Returns & exchanges
Because each item is made to order, we don't accept general "changed my mind" returns. We absolutely stand behind quality, though:
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll send a free replacement or a refund.
- Wrong size? Please check measurements before ordering. If something's off, reach out — we'll do our best to help, though made-to-order size swaps may carry a reprint cost.
Original art
One-of-one original artwork is final sale. Each piece is photographed and described in detail on its product page so you know exactly what's coming.
Order changes & cancellations
Need to fix an address or cancel? Contact us as soon as possible. Once an order enters production we usually can't change or cancel it.
Lost or stuck packages
If tracking stalls or a package goes missing, get in touch and we'll work with the carrier and our fulfillment partner to make it right.
